This is an idea that has been around for ages, though it has never had any traction. One of the main reasons for this is its recyclability claims tend to be optimistic at best, while being more on solid ground for renewability. Why is that?<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nIt is difficult to separate typically non-compostable plastic from compostable paper board. In addition, recycling paths for paper and plastic are separate. <a title=\"http:\/\/greenbottle.com\/home.aspx\" href=\"http:\/\/greenbottle.com\/home.aspx\">GreenBottle<\/a> overcomes this limitation by using biodegradable plastic liner inside the paperboard shell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We appreciate the built-in handle (even though we find the finger space restricted), but the shallow cap is a negative. [BTW, is that a biodegradable cap?] Overall, we give it a neutral usability score.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Distribution Efficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High shoulder design supports <em>environmental friendly<\/em> positioning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So, is it innovation or bust?
